What can I do with the platform?
You can analyze a resume against a job description, search and track jobs, build a Career Profile, generate recommendations and career actions, practice interviews, chat with the Career Coach, and revisit saved history.
Does it apply to jobs for me?
No. The platform helps you research, prepare, and stay organized, but it does not submit applications or contact employers on your behalf.
Are match scores or AI recommendations guaranteed to be correct?
No. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased. Treat it as decision support, review it carefully, and verify important information yourself.
What file formats can I upload?
Resume upload supports PDF and DOCX files. Only upload information you have the right to use, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
How do accounts and password resets work?
Clerk handles account authentication. Supported sign-in methods depend on the configured production instance, and password-based users can use the Forgot Password flow on the sign-in page.
How old must I be to use the platform?
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account.
What is the Job Search Sprint?
The Sprint is a non-recurring paid plan that provides paid access for 60 days. It does not renew automatically.
What is the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Both provide the same paid feature limits. Monthly renews each month; Annual renews each year and is priced below twelve Monthly payments.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund may be requested through support@aimforcareers.com within 7 calendar days after a successful paid-plan charge, including a recurring renewal charge. After that window, payments are not refundable or prorated except where required by law.
Is there a military or first-responder discount?
A private 10% discount is planned for verified military members and first responders. Public distribution and verification will begin after live billing configuration is ready.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Profile includes a multi-step deletion flow requiring an acknowledgement and the exact confirmation word before the final destructive action becomes available. Account deletion is permanent.
Is there an employer or recruiter product?
Not currently. The platform is designed for individual job seekers and does not offer employer accounts, job posting, candidate search, or applicant management.
